|Coaching and Facilitation|
We believe that each person needs possibilities to reflect and exchange ideas and experiences with colleagues. One way of achieving this is through coaching, i.e. a structured way of discussing issues and possibilities, focusing on the methods used to resolve and take advantage of these situations. We provide coaching of project managers, development managers, and change agents based on individual needs.
Also teams need coaching. The best results are achieved when the coaching is integrated as a part of the tasks at hand. Again, the coaching needs to be based on individual needs, and is often combined with facilitation of workshops, project meetings, or risk workshops.
